For Retail Orders, there's a Shipping Fee for refunds.

In the event that a shipment is returned for reasons not attributable to the seller, the buyer shall be responsible for all return shipping costs and any related fees. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the carrier is unable to contact the buyer to collect applicable import duties, taxes, or charges.

Customers are also responsible for return shipping fees.
